Arriving at the hotel from St Moritz train station with a driver who transported me directly to the room was convenient, although the room was a bit small. The food variety was good, catering to different tastes with cereals, fruits, Bircher muesli, and continental options but lacking air conditioning.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms that were extremely clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional, with special attention to customizing food preferences and a very helpful and polite staff. The central location near the ski lift and various amenities made it very convenient. The dining experience was splendid with plenty of variety, although some areas were a little too warm. The facilities were top-notch, offering a range of services that added great value to the stay.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms, though a bit small, were very spacious with a separate sitting area and a comfy bed. However, it would have been great to have facilities to make tea and coffee after a day of hiking or skiing.
